Proposal

During Term
During this phase of the project, the energy savings generated by the LED lighting upgrade begin to accumulate. These savings are applied towards offsetting the monthly financing payments, reducing the overall financial burden on the project.

After Term
After the LAAS Term has concluded, the energy savings generated by the LED lighting upgrade will no longer be used to offset the financing payments. Instead, these savings will accrue as additional savings for the business. This post-LAAS term savings can be used to reinvest in other projects, improve profitability, or simply enjoy the financial benefits of the energy-efficient lighting system.
